CONSTRUCTION OF MARKET AT PETERS BROOK WALLACE JOHNSON STREET CENTRAL 11 WARDS FREETOWN (NCB)

The FREETOWN CITY COUNCIL (FCC) has received funds from the international Development Association through the institutional Reform and Capacity Building Project (IRCBP) for the construction of a market at Peters Brook Wallace Johnson Street Central 2 ward and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for: The Construction of a Market at Peters Brook Wallace Johnson Street Central 2 ward.
Bidding is open to all local contractors who hold class three (3) from the Ministry of Works Housing and Technical Maintenance Sierra Leone
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 9am to 4:45pm. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee o Le 150, 000.00.
.bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 16th June 2006 at 12 noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:
A valid tax certificate.
Copy of classification certificate
Business Registration Certificate
A certificate of clearance of NASSIT.
A Construction registration certificate from the Ministry of Works Housing and Technical Maintenance.
Bids will be opened on Friday 16th June 2006 at 12 noon, in the Council Conference Room in the presence of bidders, or bidders’ representative who chose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
