Invitation for Bids
SUPPLY AND INSTALATION OF AXIAL WEIGHBRIDGE
Procurement Number SLPA/2003
1. Sierra Leone Port Authority invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of the following on a Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT)

2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address given below and inspect the bidding documents from 1000 to 1700 GMT hours.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of three hundred thousand leones (le300 000) at the address below.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00hours GMT on 7th June, 2006.
All bids must be accompanied by:
A valid National Revenue Authority clearance certificate.
Bid security of not less that 2.5% of bid price
NASSIT clearance certificate
Income tax clearance
Copy of renewed licenses
